Minneapolis, Minnesota

EnviroScrub Technologies Corporation ("EnviroScrub") has signed a License Agreement with Nooter/Eriksen, Inc. ("N/E"), of Saint Louis, Missouri, under which N/E will exclusively market and sell equipment for Pahlman™ Process plants for the steam generation, electric power generation, and petroleum refining industries in North America. Additionally, N/E will non-exclusively market and sell Pahlman™ Process equipment for all industries for all uses worldwide.

N/E is the market leader in North America and worldwide for Heat Recovery Steam Generator ("HRSG") equipment used in the electric power generation industry. N/E has sales personnel located throughout North America, and operates sales offices in the United Kingdom and Singapore. N/E has a joint venture partner in the HRSG business in Italy and has multiple equipment supply/fabrication partners in Europe, Mexico, South Korea, and China. N/E's team of more than 200 engineers, salespeople, and support staff is positioned to execute on commercial bids and subsequent construction and commissioning of commercial-scale Pahlman™ Process plants. Nooter/Eriksen can be viewed on the web at www.nootereriksen.com.

"This agreement and strategic partnership with Nooter/Eriksen brings a wealth of resources to EnviroScrub," says Kurt Steinbergs, EnviroScrub's Executive V.P. & Chief Financial Officer. "Nooter/Eriksen means performance, execution, and ability to bond commercial projects. Their inclusion will speed the path of the Pahlman™ technology to the commercial market," Steinbergs continues.

"We are entering this venture with a great deal of enthusiasm," says Vern Eriksen, Nooter/Eriksen's President. "This technology not only broadens Nooter/Eriksen's range of products, but will provide substantial benefits to utilities and industrial customers as it is commercialized."

EnviroScrub, a privately-held deployment-stage company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, licenses its patented and proprietary dry Pahlman™ Process NOx/SOx/Hg/PM 2.5 scrubbing technology to power generation and industrial plants worldwide. EnviroScrub plans to compete in the multi-billion dollar U.S. emissions-reduction-technology ("ERT") market with its first commercial-scale projects in 2003.
