Nooter/Eriksen Signs Licensing Agreement for Pahlman™ Process Plants in North America 14 May, 2003 Minneapolis, Minnesota EnviroScrub Technologies Corporation ("EnviroScrub") has signed a License Agreement with Nooter/Eriksen, Inc. ("N/E"), of Saint Louis, Missouri, under which N/E will exclusively market and sell equipment for Pahlman™ Process plants for the steam generation, electric power generation, and petroleum refining industries in North America. Additionally, N/E will non-exclusively market and sell Pahlman™ Process equipment for all industries for all uses worldwide. N/E is the market leader in North America and worldwide for Heat Recovery Steam Generator ("HRSG") equipment used in the electric power generation industry. N/E has sales personnel located throughout North America, and operates sales offices in the United Kingdom and Singapore. N/E has a joint venture partner in the HRSG business in Italy and has multiple equipment supply/fabrication partners in Europe, Mexico, South Korea, and China. N/E's team of more than 200 engineers, salespeople, and support staff is positioned to execute on commercial bids and subsequent construction and commissioning of commercial-scale Pahlman™ Process plants.
