EnviroScrub names two new Directors to its Board 14 May, 2003 Minneapolis, Minnesota EnviroScrub Technologies Corporation (“EnviroScrub”) has named Vernon L. Eriksen and Ross G. Osiek to its Board of Directors. At the same time, EnviroScrub accepted the resignations of Directors Barbara L. Grove and Ray V. Huff. Vernon L. Eriksen is President of Nooter/Eriksen, Inc., which has been the market share leader in sales of Heat Recovery Steam Generators worldwide since 1999 and in North America since 1996. Dr. Eriksen is also Director of Nooter Corporation and former President of Deltak Corporation, a designer, fabricator, and supplier of Heat Recovery Steam Generators, Heat Recovery Boilers, and Fired Boilers. Dr. Eriksen is a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers as well as Director, Secretary, and Treasurer of the American Boiler Manufacturers Association. Dr. Eriksen has his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, which gave him an Outstanding Achievement Award in 1994. Dr. Eriksen is 59 years old. Ross G. Osiek is Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Nooter Corporation, a family of nine companies based in Saint Louis, Missouri, which has provided engineered solutions for more than 100 years to a wide range of industries through innovative metal work technology, fabrication, and construction. Mr. Osiek has been employed by Nooter Corporation as Sales Engineer in 1971, Division Sales Manager in 1985, General Manager – Contract Engineering in 1989, Vice President in 1990, Vice President – Sales and Director in 1989, Executive Vice President in 1996, President and Chief Operating Officer in 1997, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer since 2002. Mr. Osiek served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1971. Mr. Osiek received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Saint Louis University. Mr. Osiek is 56 years old. EnviroScrub, a privately-held deployment-stage company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, licenses its patented and proprietary dry Pahlman™ Process NOX/SOX/Hg/PM 2.5 scrubbing technology to power generation and industrial plants worldwide. EnviroScrub plans to compete in the multi-billion dollar U.S. emissions-reduction-technology (“ERT”) market with its first commercial-scale projects in 2003.
